- Produce mobile video advertisements designed to immediately capture the attention of adult Gen Z users and boost app downloads
- Develop deep expertise in Gen Z trends by analyzing top social platforms and competitor strategies, then apply insights to ad creation
- Stay current with evolving content on TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat to inform engaging, relevant ad concepts
- Continuously test new creative approaches, including formats, opening hooks, narratives, and visual designs
- Use artificial intelligence tools to speed up production and unlock innovative creative possibilities
- Collaborate within a fast-paced, multicultural creative team focused on performance-driven content
