Responsibilities
- Own the foundational marketing and sales development activities required to introduce SyncVR's platform to the US healthcare system
- Identify and qualify key decision-makers at target pediatric hospitals via LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other research tools
- Execute initial, personalized outreach sequences
- Assist the CEO in securing initial meetings
- Perform continuous competitive analysis on the US MedTech landscape
- Provide the CEO with actionable insights on positioning, pricing models, and compliance requirements
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in the final year of a Bachelor's program or actively pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Strategy, Health Administration, or a related field
- Must be available for a minimum of 2 days (16+ hours) per week for a period of 4–6 months
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (native or near-native fluency is mandatory for all US-facing content and executive communication)
- Highly proactive, results-oriented, and capable of working autonomously to deliver measurable results
- Talented self-starter who thrives on ownership and high-level strategy, comfortable operating in a remote, high-accountability setting

- Strong familiarity with, or a declared interest in, the US healthcare system and its healthtech ecosystem

Compensation
This is normally an unpaid strategic internship. An internship salary may be offered only to candidates whose exceptional experience or strategic capability dictates a material contribution exceeding standard intern expectations. Since we're a startup, this will not be a significant amount.. Monthly compensation may be offered on a case-by-case basis for exceptional candidates
