Responsibilities
- Address and resolve model trust and methodology concerns raised by customer success and account management teams, particularly in response to competitive claims from platforms such as Triple Whale or Northbeam.
- Serve as the lead strategist for marketing science, creating first-party incrementality testing frameworks, refining analytical models, and developing structured learning plans tailored to client needs.
- Collect, organize, and analyze feedback from the field regarding methodology, then channel structured insights to product and data science teams to inform development.
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation, training materials, and educational content for the internal Academy to elevate data fluency across the go-to-market teams.
