Responsibilities
- Lead the go-to-market process from inception to final integrated and lifecycle planning, ensuring clear definition and documentation of scope, objectives, and deliverables for leadership review.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project timelines, team allocations, and work-back schedules, closely monitoring progress to meet all milestones and deadlines.
- Identify and address potential project dependencies, risks, and obstacles, escalating issues to relevant stakeholders and leadership for prompt resolution.
- Manage the go-to-market marketing budget and expenditures, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget constraints set by leadership and franchise groups.
- Establish and maintain a central system for tracking all creative assets, including those developed in-house and those from strategic partners.
- Document, track, and monitor asset rights, usage limitations, and expiration dates to ensure legal compliance in all marketing activities.
- Serve as the primary contact for campaign events, managing logistics and dependencies with internal and external partners.
- Act as the main operational liaison, facilitating communication and workflow between the global go-to-market team and key partners, including franchise groups, creative, media, and other cross-functional teams.
- Provide regular, detailed status updates and progress reports, ensuring senior leadership has clear visibility into all project phases.
- Plan and coordinate special projects and internal functions, such as team offsites and workshops.
Compensation
The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $100,200 and $148,320 per Year.
