HSO International is looking for a Marketing Ops & Lead Management Coordinator to support global marketing and sales efforts. This part-time contract position (16–20 hours/week for an initial 3–5 months) focuses on managing the flow of inbound leads from various channels and offers potential to evolve into a full-time role.
What You'll Do
- Own the lead flow process for all inbound leads from global channels, including website forms and global campaigns, handling initial qualification, follow-up, and routing to business units.
- Monitor and manage inbound leads from sources like Microsoft AppSource and Partner Center, ensuring timely follow-up by business units to prevent expiration or decline.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to accurately track lead outcomes within CRM and improve the lead-handling process.
- Assist with marketing operations tasks, including campaign tracking, lead source attribution, basic reporting, and process documentation.
- Support cross-functional special projects and evolving operational needs, with opportunities to take on expanded responsibilities as the role grows.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in software marketing, demand generation, and sales enablement.
- Strong administrative and operational skills with deep understanding of lead flow processes and CRM/marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Strong English communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Customer Insights - Journeys.
- Experience with AppSource, Partner Center, and Microsoft co-sell programs.
