Cito Transport Technologies GmbH is hiring a Marketing Manager (w/m/d) to drive our marketing strategy and execution. This hybrid role in Berlin focuses on building our brand through targeted campaigns, social media, and website development in a dynamic B2B environment.
What You'll Do
- Conceptualize and implement new communication measures, including research.
- Plan and realize advertising campaigns independently, including text design and layout.
- Manage operational social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) from content creation to publication.
- Measure the success of activities through analyses and reporting.
- Support with SEO, planning, and quality assurance of content contributions.
- Develop, plan, and execute email marketing campaigns.
- Organize event participations and process event inquiries.
- Collaborate on advertising campaigns from idea to evaluation.
- Continuously further develop and maintain our website.
- Collaborate with and provide professional guidance to two working students.
What We're Looking For
- A completed degree in communications or business sciences with a marketing focus.
- Approximately 2 years of experience in marketing.
- A communicative, committed personality with a 'Can-Do' mentality, drive, and reliability.
- Enjoyment of independent work in a team and curiosity to try new paths.
- Experience in creating target group-oriented marketing content.
- Understanding and interest in B2B marketing and digital communication.
- Very good German language skills in speech and writing.
Nice to Have
- Experience ideally in the B2B sector.
- English language skills are a plus.
