Xsolla is hiring a Marketing Manager, Japan

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the APAC marketing team to develop, implement, and evaluate region-specific B2B marketing campaigns targeting new gaming industry leads and partnerships in Japan.
  • Lead the planning, execution, tracking, and analysis of marketing projects tied to designated commerce solutions and services.
  • Oversee daily coordination with regional external partners such as digital media agencies, PR contractors, and event production vendors.
  • Coordinate public speaking engagements featuring company experts at industry events and forums.
  • Partner with regional business development teams to produce tailored content that supports lead conversion, meeting acquisition, and product integration.
  • Enhance marketing team performance by proposing innovative strategies and methods to achieve campaign goals.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing specialists to deploy paid ads, organic and paid social media, webinars, blogs, videos, ebooks, and other translated campaign assets.
  • Work alongside the events team to request administrative assistance, secure design approvals, and manage event execution.
