Support the Marketing team with executing marketing strategy and achieving lead generation goals
Contribute to the development of the SEO and content strategy
Collaborate with SEO consultants, link builders, online media, content writers, agencies, etc. to ensure the growth of leads from organic
Drive website development and optimization, align with the website development team
Write materials for the marketing campaigns (social media posts, newsletters, landing page texts, etc.)
Manage inbound marketing/growth marketing projects (e.g., webinars, content syndication campaigns, offline events, PPC, newsletters, etc.) and analyze their performance
Conduct research to select the right marketing channels for lead generation growth, initiate and execute new marketing activities
Contribute to the development of the Leobit brand (work with industry awards, media, partnerships, events etc.)

At least 3 years of experience in the marketing department of an IT outsourcing company targeting US and/or EU markets
Knowledge of B2B lead generation channels
Understanding of custom software development niche and processes
Advanced SEO, GEO, AEO skills
Knowledge of Ahrefs or similar tools
Good AI competence, hands-on experience of usage of the AI tools for B2B marketing tasks
Experience in managing inbound marketing campaigns
Experience in writing engaging B2B marketing materials (website pages, landing page materials, etc.)
Basic skills in Google Analytics
Level of English: Upper-Intermediate or Advanced (with excellent grammar skills)
