Responsibilities
- Work closely with the product team to define growth targets and continuously refine strategies.
- Design and launch experiments across 3 to 5 channels within the first six months, scaling successful initiatives.
- Test diverse marketing tools and platforms with autonomy to build and adjust the tech stack.
- Monitor user acquisition and engagement data, pinpoint top-performing channels, and refine campaigns to boost sign-ups and daily activity, reporting results at both challenge and platform levels.
- Grow and manage existing marketing partnerships, while measuring and communicating their return on investment.
- Lead the rollout and ongoing promotion of challenge launches, prioritizing key growth metrics.
- Develop a distinct consumer brand identity that aligns with but differentiates from the company's B2B presence.
- Apply the consumer brand tone consistently within the Discord community, encouraging repeat engagement through discussions, events, and programming.
- Convert community feedback and dialogue into resonant marketing content that builds credibility and drives involvement.
- Highlight how user contributions advance AI security research to increase visibility and impact.
- Oversee challenge-specific budgets based on challenge type, performance goals, and collaboration with research partners to optimize spending and outcomes.
- Plan and run in-person hackathons and events to expand the user base, strengthen brand connection, and attract skilled participants.
- Support the mission of advancing safe AI for all users.
