Responsibilities
- Define and lead the regional marketing strategy for the UK and Ireland in collaboration with sales leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Convert business objectives, market dynamics, and sales priorities into actionable regional marketing initiatives with clear execution paths.
- Serve as a strategic marketing partner to sales and customer-facing teams, aligning campaigns with key accounts, priority segments, and growth opportunities.
- Design and manage a regional marketing mix centered on events, including executive programs, webinars, partner collaborations, and account-based strategies.
- Lead regional execution of flagship events like the Work Innovation Summit in London, coordinating with central teams and sales to maximize engagement and pipeline impact.
- Create customized marketing programs for strategic accounts in partnership with account executives and customer success managers to drive engagement and progression.
- Shape regional market positioning for core offerings and AI capabilities through messaging, customer narratives, executive outreach, and local partnerships.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of regional marketing initiatives, including planning, stakeholder alignment, logistics, follow-up, performance reporting, and optimization.
