Responsibilities
- Define and execute strategies within your scope — which may span areas like pricing, channel performance, customer acquisition, retention, or go-to-market — translating commercial priorities into testable hypotheses, scalable frameworks, and measurable outcomes.
- Lead experimentation roadmaps, including A/B tests and other measurement approaches, to evaluate impact and sharpen decision-making.
- Analyze large, complex datasets to surface trends, opportunities, and risks; build dashboards and executive-ready narratives that communicate performance clearly.
- Model business impact, evaluate trade-offs, and support planning around P&L, growth, and long-term value creation.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Corporate Strategy, Supply, and senior leadership to drive alignment and execution.
- Build playbooks and processes that enable repeatability and scale across markets, channels, or partners.
- Mentor and develop team members while contributing to a high-performance, test-and-learn culture.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in growth, marketing, pricing, strategy, analytics, revenue management, consulting, or related data-driven roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — comfortable turning ambiguity into clear frameworks and action plans.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Tableau, or similar BI/analytics tools; proven ability to translate data into commercial recommendations.
- Practical experience with experimentation, measurement, and performance optimization.
- Strong business acumen: P&L drivers, unit economics, growth levers, and ROI.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior and cross-functional audiences.
- High ownership and execution discipline in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a high-growth digital business (e-commerce, travel, tech, fintech) or an analytically rigorous environment such as management consulting or internal strategy.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis, forecasting, machine learning, or hypothesis-testing frameworks.
- Experience using Python or R for analysis, modeling, or automation.
- People management experience — hiring, coaching, and developing teams.
- Experience with external partners, affiliates, marketplaces, loyalty programs, or B2B/B2C channels.
- MBA or advanced degree (equivalent hands-on experience equally valued).
