Responsibilities
- Drive disciplined, end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional marketing initiatives
- Ensure work moves from intake to delivery with clarity, accountability, and momentum
- Lead large-scale, enterprise marketing projects that rely on AI-assisted workflows, embedded AI agents, and deeply integrated tools across the marketing stack
- Ensure initiatives are well-planned, production-ready, properly governed, and sustainably operated within everyday marketing systems
- Ensure projects ship on time, dependencies are actively managed, risks are surfaced early, stakeholders remain aligned, and AI-powered capabilities deliver measurable impact with long-term reliability
Requirements
- Strong project and program management skills
- Solid working knowledge of AI automation, AI system architecture, and AI functionality embedded within critical marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Qualified)
