Responsibilities
- Assist in developing the CRM campaign calendar aligned with market-specific goals.
- Collaborate with brand managers and copywriters to build campaigns using the Braze platform.
- Help deploy campaigns across multiple CRM channels including email, push notifications, and in-app messages.
- Evaluate campaign performance data and suggest actionable improvements to the team.
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives such as lifecycle email optimization.
