The Marketing Development Representative (MDR) at ServiceTitan plays a key role in identifying and engaging prospective customers to qualify leads and schedule product demonstrations with Account Executives. This position is the foundation for a long-term sales career, emphasizing pipeline generation, strategic outreach, and clear communication of ServiceTitan's value within a supportive, growth-oriented culture.
What You'll Do
- Build a strong pipeline of prospective customers by sourcing potential leads and converting inbound opportunities efficiently.
- Implement creative ways to engage and build rapport to maintain and progress your book of prospects.
- Successfully book product demonstrations between ServiceTitan and potential customers by collaborating with Account Executives to secure the partnership.
- Clearly articulate the product's value and areas of opportunity to prospects via phone and/or e-mail.
- Achieve and exceed daily KPIs and monthly quota for qualified meetings and pipeline generation.

Compensation: Between $26.93 USD - $28.85 USD per hour for candidates residing in the United States; varies by location for candidates outside the United States. Equity is included in the total compensation package. This role is commission-eligible.
Work Mode
Hybrid role requiring presence in the office 1-2 days per week. Candidates must be located within ~40 miles of a Hub office.
