SmithRx is hiring a Marketing Data Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete workflow of gathering and consolidating member data from various internal systems such as eligibility databases, pharmacy records, and client files for use in email, SMS, and print outreach.
  • Develop and oversee automated processes that detect data quality problems such as missing entries, duplicate records, field mismatches, and ineligible members prior to handoff to marketing teams.
  • Implement and maintain rules for suppressing or excluding members based on regulatory opt-outs, eligibility status, or client-specific requirements across all communication channels.
  • Work directly with the Marketing Operations Manager to define list specifications, map data fields, and conduct pre-transmission validation checks, serving as a critical upstream partner for all campaigns.
  • Document data sources, transformation rules, field meanings, and business logic to ensure transparency, audit readiness, and adherence to compliance standards.
  • Coordinate with the central Data team to stay informed about changes in the Snowflake data model, contribute to data quality standards, and advocate for communication needs in infrastructure planning.
  • Identify, report, and investigate data quality issues in collaboration with the Member Comms Team Lead and relevant data stewards to ensure timely resolution.
  • Respond to unplanned requests for data extraction related to compliance reporting, campaign planning, performance evaluation, and regulatory audits.
