Pearl Talent is looking for a Marketing Associate to support day-to-day marketing execution across digital channels, helping brands grow visibility, engagement, and demand. You'll focus on hands-on implementation in social media, content creation, campaign execution, and analytics.
What You'll Do
- Schedule and publish content across major social media platforms
- Engage with audiences through comments, messages, and community interactions
- Monitor brand mentions and maintain positive online presence
- Track engagement metrics and support growth initiatives
- Research trends, hashtags, and platform features to improve reach
- Write clear, engaging copy for social posts, captions, and marketing content
- Support blog writing, newsletters, and promotional materials
- Maintain consistent brand voice across channels
- Collaborate with designers on visual and written content
- Optimize content for readability and basic SEO
- Assist in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Maintain campaign timelines, calendars, and deliverables
- Support email marketing and basic paid campaign execution
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather assets and inputs
- Track campaign performance and compile reports
- Track performance using analytics and platform insights
- Compile regular reports on content and campaign metrics
- Research competitors and industry trends
- Identify optimization opportunities based on data
- Maintain organized marketing assets and documentation
- Support marketing tools, platforms, and workflows
- Track tasks using project management tools
- Assist with website or CMS content updates
- Edit or repurpose short-form video content for social platforms
- Create simple graphics using design tools
- Support content production using AI and editing tools
What We're Looking For
- 1–3+ years of experience in marketing, social media, or digital marketing roles
- Strong writing and communication skills in English
- Experience managing or supporting business social media accounts
- Familiarity with digital marketing fundamentals
- Basic understanding of analytics and performance tracking
- Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Nice to Have
- SEO fundamentals and keyword research exposure
- Email marketing or basic paid ads experience
- Video editing or advanced Canva skills
- Startup, agency, or multi-client experience
- Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools
