About the Role
This role will design, manage, and enhance the data and reporting infrastructure that drives marketing analytics, delivering automated, reliable, and high-quality insights in collaboration with marketing, RevOps, and analytics teams.
Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics engineering, or a closely related discipline
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and a proven track record working with large-scale datasets
- Demonstrated experience creating complex dashboards using platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Qlik
- Hands-on experience with marketing and CRM systems including Salesforce, Marketo, and Google Analytics
- Solid grasp of data modeling principles and data transformation methodologies
- Experience designing reporting solutions that are scalable and automated
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving abilities
- Working knowledge of tools in the modern data stack, such as dbt, Snowflake, or BigQuery
Nice to Have
- Experience using Python or comparable languages for data processing or workflow automation
- Familiarity with AI/ML tools or integrating machine learning workflows into analytics pipelines
- Background in attribution modeling and analyzing customer journey data
