Responsibilities

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of CRM initiatives and customer lifecycle programs to determine key factors influencing engagement, conversion, and long-term retention.
  • Perform in-depth analysis of customer segments, behavioral trends, and subscription pathways to identify areas for improvement.
  • Convert analytical insights into practical strategies and communicate results effectively using dashboards, data visualizations, and presentations.
  • Manage the customer cohort modeling process and forecast retention and repeat purchase behavior for annual budget planning.
  • Collaborate with product, data, and marketing operations teams to maintain reliable data flows and proper tracking tags for campaigns.

  • Conduct deep dives into customer segments, behavior patterns, and opt-in journeys to uncover opportunities for optimization.
  • Translate findings into actionable recommendations and present findings clearly and persuasively through dashboards, visualizations, and presentations.
  • Own the customer cohort model, and forecasting retention rates and repeat customer spending as part of the overall annual company budget process.
  • Work with product, data, and marketing operations to ensure accurate data pipelines and tagging for campaign tracking.
