Responsibilities
- Carry out recruitment tasks for projects in Scandinavia and other designated markets as assigned.
- Contact panel members by phone and conduct cold outreach to recruit participants for specific studies.
- Arrange interview schedules in coordination with project needs.
- Plan and implement recruitment strategies for assigned projects, optimizing internal resources and minimizing external costs.
- Deliver regular progress updates to project managers, including results, status, and action plans within set deadlines.
- Alert senior management when recruitment lags and external support may be required.
- Meet outsourced recruitment targets for assigned geographic areas.
- Achieve monthly registration goals for Scandinavia and other specified markets.
- Implement panel growth initiatives in Scandinavia and other designated regions.
- Contact new sign-ups to verify and update their email information.
- Reach out to inactive users to reactivate their accounts.
- Use multiple platforms to troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve inquiries and complaints, offering solutions and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with project managers to address study-specific issues for participants.
- Ensure participant inquiries are resolved in line with company standards for outcomes and response times.
- Contribute to improving communication protocols and support ticket system updates.
- Maintain strong panelist relationships through professional, timely communication across channels.
- Deliver high-quality telephone and email support to research panel members.
- Coordinate with global panel team members to identify and resolve system or process issues.
- Investigate potential fraudulent respondents and apply data quality protocols accordingly.
- Verify newly registered members through established procedures.
- Test links and online screening tools for digital market research projects.

- Working hours follow a rotating shift schedule: 09:00–17:30 or 10:00–18:30 CET, Monday through Friday.
