Responsibilities
- Work quickly and accurately without errors.
- Follow detailed procedures to efficiently move and track physical inventory between bin locations and work cells.
- Help design, set up, and improve new and existing processes.
- Manage and replenish work cell supplies such as consumables, fixtures, and tooling.
- Create and carry out preventive maintenance tasks on manufacturing equipment.
- Understand quality standards thoroughly and take action when products do not meet them.
- Keep your work cell and surrounding areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Provide feedback on current processes and support a culture of continuous improvement.

$18.50 - $24.00 per hour, plus $1.00 per hour premium for full-time second shift employees

Your first 30 days
You will rotate through several work areas to become familiar with a variety of production processes and equipment. After 30 days, you will meet with your supervisor and Human Resources to discuss your progress.

- Temperature: The center is heated and air-conditioned, ranging from 60 to 80°F depending on the season.
