Guidepost Global Education is hiring a Mandarin Program Manager

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain Mandarin program content that aligns with established educational frameworks and organizational principles.
  • Modify centrally developed program materials and standards for effective implementation in Mandarin-speaking APAC regions.
  • Assess current Mandarin program delivery against network benchmarks and collaborate on solutions to close identified gaps.
  • Help design and build onboarding resources in Mandarin for new program facilitators on the Atlas platform.
  • Prepare environment setup guides and material references tailored to Mandarin program rollouts.
  • Offer structured remote coaching to Mandarin-speaking facilitators across the APAC network outside Hong Kong.
  • Deliver clear, written evaluations of facilitator development progress based on standardized program criteria.
  • Assist regional leads in interpreting program data to guide mentorship focus and identify regional challenges.
  • Analyze trends in Mandarin facilitator development and report systemic issues to central support teams.
  • Design and lead Mandarin-language training sessions and short courses based on validated regional needs.
  • Support onboarding for new Mandarin facilitators in coordination with central program frameworks.
  • Conduct in-person observations and coaching for facilitators in PMI or other adult learning programs.
  • Participate in regular training and alignment meetings with central program support teams.
  • Promote and apply program quality metrics within Mandarin-language contexts.
  • Track and analyze program quality data across the network, reporting findings to central and regional leads.
  • Collaborate on creating Mandarin-specific tools for program quality reviews as necessary.
  • Provide structured in-person mentorship to Mandarin-speaking facilitators in Hong Kong campuses.
  • Issue written, standardized feedback on facilitator progress aligned with central program expectations.
  • Assist the Hong Kong Regional Program Lead in using data to guide mentorship and identify concerns.
  • Support lesson planning and teaching cycle documentation for Mandarin programs in Hong Kong.
  • Report any health, safety, or safeguarding issues immediately according to organizational policy.
