SanMar is hiring a Managing Security Advisor, IAM IGA - remote

SanMar is looking for a Managing Security Advisor, IAM IGA to oversee SailPoint project implementation, from design and resourcing to problem-solving. You will lead technical architecture discussions and contribute to presale activities, playing a key role in our security initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Oversee implementation of SailPoint projects, including design, execution, and resource oversight.
• Manage project problem-solving and internal status reporting.
• Manage SailPoint resource training, including certifications for achieving and maintaining admiral status.
• Assist with presale activities and Statement of Work (SOW) development.
• Help onboard new resources to existing projects and SailPoint training materials.
• Lead technical architecture and security design discussions with developers and the infrastructure team.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering, computer science, computer engineering, MIS, or a related field.
• 8 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience as a technical lead or technical manager.
• 8 years of experience scoping and sizing complex projects.
• 8 years of experience providing project oversight for architecting or computer engineering roles.
• 8 years of experience designing, architecting, and building IGA solutions involving SailPoint and other IGA platforms.
• 8 years of experience with common connectors including Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, JDBC, exchange, mainframe, web service connector, and authoritative source integration (such as SAP and Workday).
• 8 years of experience leading technical architecture and security design discussions with developers and infrastructure teams.
• 8 years of experience gathering requirements, solutioning, and developing design documentation for technical implementation work.

• Compensation: $200,000 - $225,000/year
