Responsibilities
- Source and develop new business opportunities consistent with the firm's strategic focus and platform strengths
- Lead and deliver compelling pitch materials and presentations to secure client mandates alongside a skilled team
- Achieve personal and organizational revenue goals by successfully closing transactions
- Act as the main liaison for high-level clients including investors, executive leaders, board members, and public officials
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with institutional capital providers such as pension funds, private wealth managers, and infrastructure-focused private equity firms
- Deliver expert guidance on mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financing, and complex capital structures within infrastructure sectors
- Advise clients on the implications of evolving market conditions, industry shifts, and regulatory changes
- Lead, inspire, and develop deal teams to meet project timelines, staffing needs, and performance benchmarks
- Support the hiring and professional growth of high-performing individuals to strengthen the practice
- Manage transactions from inception to completion, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations and internal quality standards
