Job Title: Manager/Assoc Dir, Epidemiology RWE - Sponsor-dedicated role (remote - Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Spain)

This role provides scientific leadership and expertise in real-world evidence (RWE) projects within a sponsor-dedicated capacity, supporting drug development and commercialization efforts across Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, and Spain. As part of the Clinical Solutions team, the professional will deliver high-quality epidemiological insights and contribute to global business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide scientific leadership and serve as an expert resource to staff and senior management in epidemiology and RWE.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical and epidemiological guidelines, research models, protocol designs, and regulatory expectations.
- Lead scientific oversight of projects, ensuring delivery within timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Lead or consult on the design and execution of real-world studies, including protocol development, statistical analysis planning, safety monitoring, and publication authorship.
- Collaborate with business development to shape proposals, conduct feasibility assessments, and support bid defenses.
- Contribute to organizational capacity building, process improvement, and SOP development for real-world data methodologies.
- Develop and promote innovative approaches to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and advance scientific practices.
- Foster relationships with sponsors, key opinion leaders, and clinical investigators.
- Author scientific abstracts, manuscripts, and presentations for publication and dissemination.
