About the Role
Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of YouTube advertising initiatives to meet business objectives, ensuring alignment with client goals and performance metrics.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement YouTube ad strategies tailored to client objectives
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust tactics for maximum ROI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align media plans with broader marketing goals
- Analyze audience insights to inform targeting and creative decisions
- Manage budgets and forecast spend across multiple campaigns
- Optimize bidding strategies using platform tools and performance data
- Produce regular performance reports for internal and client stakeholders
- Stay current with YouTube platform updates and advertising innovations
- Serve as primary point of contact for YouTube-related campaign inquiries
- Work closely with creative teams to ensure ad content meets platform best practices
- Coordinate with account management to ensure campaign goals are met
- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency in campaign workflows
- Support client onboarding and transition processes for YouTube initiatives
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to ad delivery or tracking
- Maintain documentation for campaign setups and optimizations
- Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark performance
- Leverage data to refine audience segmentation and targeting
- Ensure compliance with advertising policies and brand safety standards
- Partner with analytics teams to validate tracking and measurement setups
- Provide input on product feedback and platform usability
Nice to Have
- Certification in Google Ads or YouTube advertising
- Experience with DSPs such as DV360 or The Trade Desk
- Familiarity with data management platforms
- Background in performance marketing for enterprise clients
- Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies
- Experience with video creative optimization

- Prior work in integrated marketing teams
