Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of analysts by managing performance, growth, and daily operational focus.
- Collaborate with internal groups to resolve complex vulnerabilities, set priorities, unblock progress, and ensure risk-informed decision-making.
- Evaluate program effectiveness, compare maturity to industry standards, gather stakeholder input, and refine policies using operational insights.
- Act as the technical authority during audits by supplying evidence, validating compliance, and converting findings into remediation actions.
- Serve as the lead during security incidents and operational responses related to vulnerability management.
