Responsibilities
- Lead a team of software quality assurance engineers

- Oversee the creation and maintenance of automated test frameworks
- Collaborate with development and product teams to define quality criteria
- Ensure testing processes align with agile and CI/CD practices
- Drive improvements in test coverage and defect detection rates
- Mentor team members in best practices and technical skills
- Evaluate and integrate new testing tools and technologies
- Manage QA timelines and deliverables within project schedules
- Oversee root cause analysis of production issues
- Promote a culture of quality across engineering teams
- Report on QA metrics and performance to stakeholders

- Lead QA efforts in cloud-based and distributed systems
- Support release management and deployment validation
- Identify risks in software quality and recommend mitigations
- Standardize QA processes across teams and projects
- Work closely with architects during system design phases
- Ensure scalability and performance of test automation infrastructure
