Responsibilities
- Guide and motivate a team of infrastructure engineers to ensure consistent reliability and uptime of core products
- Apply strong judgment in platform engineering and the design of internal developer tools and platforms
- Develop and manage production-grade software systems capable of operating at global internet scale
- Balance speed of execution with strategic decision-making to make informed technical investments
- Work closely with partner teams and directly with engineering stakeholders to identify needs and enhance service usability
- Design, refine, and oversee infrastructure processes and tooling, integrating team-specific solutions
- Provide operational support for infrastructure features and services
- Implement comprehensive observability into internal systems and supply frameworks for application-level monitoring
- Reduce incident resolution time by promptly responding to alerts and reports from internal and external users
