Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product partners to guide technical planning and develop practical, incremental solutions that support business objectives.
- Take ownership of technical performance metrics and key indicators, ensuring clear monitoring, reporting, and alert systems are in place.
- Improve and maintain incident response workflows and on-call procedures within the engineering team.
- Offer guidance and growth opportunities in both technical and professional areas for less experienced team members.
- Engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders to manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and drive alignment.
