Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing, agile full-stack engineering team leveraging modern technologies to address complex global challenges
- Offer technical leadership and career development support, promoting a culture of ongoing learning, psychological safety, and strong team performance
- Define and uphold high-quality standards for coding, testing, and CI/CD processes to maintain system stability and long-term maintainability
