About the Role
The individual in this position will act as a central figure in social marketing, guiding strategy development, campaign execution, and performance measurement while working closely with internal teams and stakeholders to meet business and player objectives.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for social marketing, coordinating with various departments to align priorities, manage timelines, and ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
- Work alongside the Sr. Manager, Global Social Marketing to help shape the overall social marketing strategy.
- Design and implement targeted social marketing campaigns based on audience insights that reflect the preferences of defined player segments.
- Establish metrics for social media engagement and audience growth, delivering detailed performance evaluations and ongoing reporting on campaign outcomes, platform activity, and community sentiment.
- Lead the creation of innovative content concepts and creative direction to support high-impact social campaigns.
- Partner with teams across publishing—including brand, community, influencer marketing, product, and analytics—to define effective social marketing plans.
- Frequently engage with stakeholders by presenting strategies, progress updates, performance data, and actionable recommendations that inform marketing and product decisions.
Compensation
The starting base salary for this role in California is anticipated to range from $100,200 to $148,320 annually.
