Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 3 to 5 or more years of direct experience overseeing paid social media advertising
- In-depth knowledge of leading social ad platforms such as Meta and TikTok
- Proven track record handling substantial advertising budgets and intricate campaign setups
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and act on performance metrics
- Clear and effective communication and presentation abilities
- Proficiency with MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Capable of handling multiple tasks and campaigns at the same time

- Demonstrated enthusiasm for digital media, performance-driven marketing, and audience targeting strategies

- Strong expertise in major social advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc.).
- Experience managing large budgets and complex campaign structures.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
