lightspeedhq is hiring a Manager, Sales Commissions

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete sales commissions lifecycle, ensuring precision, clarity, and consistency with go-to-market and organizational goals
  • Accurately compute commission payments and deliver them to Payroll within deadlines, adhering to established procedures and compliance standards
  • Conduct monthly review sessions with Revenue Operations and Managing Directors, delivering data-driven insights to guide business decisions
  • Support the development of the RevOps Monthly Business Review presentation and related discussions
  • Manage incentive initiatives including elite performer programs, performance improvement plans, spiffs, and recognition events, aligning them with company objectives
  • Analyze GTM operations to uncover opportunities for efficiency gains and scalable growth
  • Continuously refine commission administration and incentive delivery while maintaining policy adherence and control frameworks
  • Improve internal commission workflows by leveraging automation tools to enhance speed and accuracy
  • Lead and mentor a team of analysts, offering training and direction to ensure reliable commission processing and strong analytical output
  • Promote teamwork and professional development to cultivate a high-performing unit that contributes to company success
  • Develop and implement sales compensation plans across international sales channels
  • Collaborate across functions to support broader organizational goals, even when tasks extend beyond core responsibilities
