Responsibilities
- Assist with daily operations of active Sales capabilities to maintain seamless functionality and standardized use.
- Collaborate closely with leadership as an operational partner to implement approved capabilities across departments.
- Track patterns in tool usage, recurring challenges, and user feedback to inform ongoing enhancements.
- Manage user access for enablement platforms, including setup, modifications, and deactivations.
- Serve as the initial contact for routine access and platform usage inquiries, directing complex issues as needed.
- Ensure access procedures are well-documented, transparent, and uniformly followed.
- Provide role-specific AI training for sales staff, supervisors, and enablement collaborators.
- Offer in-the-moment AI guidance and frequently asked questions resources to support user adoption.
- Develop follow-up learning content aligned with onboarding, training, and enablement initiatives.
- Work with Revenue Enablement teams to integrate AI instruction into established learning paths instead of isolated modules.
- Assist in incorporating Revenue Enablement components into new employee orientation processes.
- Support inclusion of Revenue Enablement elements in sales training and readiness activities.
- Help integrate Revenue Enablement resources into manager coaching and follow-up practices.
- Collaborate with Enablement leaders to weave enablement tools directly into current workflows, avoiding separate or redundant efforts.
