Samsara is hiring a Manager, Renewals

Responsibilities

  • Continually maintain and share accurate renewal results, forecasts, and customer trends
  • Partner closely with Customer Success and Account Executives on account strategy
  • Deliver against targets on a team and individual level
  • Step into strategic renewals and complex deals to support your team
  • Embed a value led renewals motion
  • Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices
  • Hire, onboard, develop and lead an inclusive, engaged, and high performing team

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales management experience
  • 8+ years of overall sales experience
  • Experience of working with high volume SMB/MM to large Enterprise customers across our EMEA markets UK/I, France and Germany
  • Exceptional track record, including overperformance of general business objectives and sales targets
  • Demonstrated record of success in a high-pressure, performance driven sales environment
  • Proven history of ability to hire, train, manage, and motivate talented sales teams
  • History of thriving in a rapidly-changing environment
  • Strong interpersonal, networking and influencing skills with executive level comms
  • Strong empathy towards customers and passion for revenue and growth
  • Love for winning as a team

Nice to Have

  • Renewals and SaaS experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
