The Regional Service Operations Leader is accountable for supervising service execution across a specific geographical area, guaranteeing superior service standards, financial optimization, and client contentment. This position propels performance through comprehensive data evaluation, supplier coordination, and team guidance, while simultaneously supporting strategic objectives including workflow enhancement, talent acquisition, and financial planning. Job Responsibilities - Manages Service Delivery within designated region, encompassing service expenses, quality metrics, coverage, and comprehensive customer experience. 40% - Conducts performance analysis utilizing statistical and analytical methodologies to detect patterns, inefficiencies, potential improvements, and cost reduction opportunities. 30% - Oversees Staff Service Recruitment and Service Location Associate to ensure recruiting resources are utilized productively and efficiently, with Service Level Agreements consistently met. 10% - Responsible for financial budgeting, productivity targets, and procedural improvement goals. 10% - Generate periodic reports, presentations, business strategies, productivity updates, cost reduction initiatives, and team performance assessments. 10% Basic Qualifications - Minimum 3 years' experience in vendor relationships and on-site service implementation involving third-party service providers specializing in home repair services for major appliances or consumer electronics - Exceptional communication capabilities with ability to interact effectively across organizational levels, representing the company internally and externally - Prior financial management and/or profit/loss accountability with expertise in managing service claims costs and expense centers - Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, MS Access, and comparable analytical tools, capable of constructing and executing complex queries - Demonstrated experience managing workgroups, motivating teams, establishing performance expectations, and maintaining individual accountability - Proven track record in process optimization and project management, with strong data organization, problem analysis, root cause identification, and solution development skills #AssurantProudCR #LI-Remote Pay Range: $72,900.00 - $121,900.00 Compensation considerations include candidate background, experience, work location, and potential salary progression.
