WPP Media is hiring a Manager - Programmatic

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in digital media, ideally within a media agency or trading desk
  • Proficiency in Google Marketing Platform tools (DV360, CM, GA360)
  • Experience with leading AdTech and MarTech platforms
  • Background in creating client presentations, programmatic strategies, and new business pitches
  • Practical knowledge and experience with programmatic platforms
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans to grow existing businesses
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in an agency, trading desk, or with programmatic technology partners
  • Hands-on experience executing campaigns with local programmatic players and measurement providers
  • Understanding of DSP and exchange revenue streams and ability to negotiate trading benefits
  • Established relationships with local publishers, programmatic product partners, and data providers
  • Knowledge of various programmatic trading models and their impact on advertiser inventory quality and publisher monetization strategies
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
