Responsibilities
- Develops strategic business proposals and collaborates with product managers and technical program managers to build roadmaps that fulfill product vision and execution goals.
- Assists in sales enablement, market analysis, go-to-market planning, and educational initiatives for business continuity and global exchange automation offerings.
- Works with regional and U.S. product teams and stakeholders to shape product roadmaps and market entry strategies that support revenue targets and long-term competitiveness.
- Oversees the full product lifecycle, from strategic planning to execution, acting as the customer advocate for both new and existing products.
- Conducts regular annual operating agreement reviews of commercial and technical roadmaps to ensure alignment with customer demands and business objectives, from concept through launch, enhancement, and retirement.
- Tracks and evaluates performance metrics for business continuity and automation products, including profitability, revenue against forecast, customer satisfaction, and renewal rates.
- Analyzes internal data to assess the impact of products on overall company operations.
- Examines factors affecting product profitability such as lifecycle stage, quality, technical support, marketing effectiveness, and sales enablement.
- Manages a portfolio of products and services designed to meet market demand, evaluating how each component supports broader corporate objectives.

- Writes user scenario narratives to illustrate market challenges and justify product requirements.
