Madison Logic is hiring a Manager, People & Talent Operations

About the Role

This role is responsible for managing the operational aspects of the People & Talent function, including HR systems, reporting, compliance, and process improvement to support a growing organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the administration and optimization of HR information systems
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all people platforms
  • Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards for leadership review
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
  • Partner with HR team members to streamline workflows and policies
  • Manage compliance with employment regulations and company standards
  • Coordinate internal audits related to people data and practices
  • Implement scalable HR operations in alignment with business goals
  • Oversee documentation and recordkeeping for employee files
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within talent operations
  • Assist in the rollout of new HR technologies and tools
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between HR and other departments
  • Monitor key HR metrics to assess operational effectiveness
  • Standardize HR processes across regions or business units
  • Support organizational change management efforts
  • Maintain confidentiality and data security protocols
  • Evaluate vendor solutions for HR operations needs
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies company-wide
  • Provide operational support during talent acquisition campaigns
  • Track and report on diversity, equity, and inclusion metrics
  • Manage employee data transitions during system upgrades
  • Support performance management cycle logistics
  • Coordinate employee communications related to HR operations
  • Develop training materials for HR system users
  • Act as a resource for employee inquiries on HR processes
