Responsibilities

  • Drive acquisition of new enterprise customers throughout North America
  • Expand market reach and strengthen brand visibility within strategic accounts
  • Own revenue targets, pipeline development, and forecast precision for the region
  • Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy targeting Kubernetes-centric organizations
  • Maintain robust pipeline coverage and high conversion rates across all sales stages
  • Conduct regular, data-driven pipeline reviews and deal assessments
  • Ensure consistent achievement of quarterly and yearly sales goals
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing enterprise account executives
  • Foster a culture rooted in accountability, personal growth, and ownership
  • Deliver structured coaching on deal strategy, qualification, negotiation, and closing techniques
  • Provide clear, actionable performance feedback and individual development plans
  • Promote a data-centric sales environment where decisions are guided by metrics
  • Ensure accurate sales forecasting and disciplined CRM management
  • Analyze trends in win rates, average contract value, sales cycle length, and pipeline velocity
  • Collaborate with revenue operations to refine dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools
  • Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and implement improvements to accelerate deal closure
  • Serve as escalation point for complex, high-value enterprise deals
  • Lead pricing, approval, and negotiation strategies when necessary
  • Engage directly in key opportunities to influence outcomes
