The Manager of Revenue Excellence & Culture will support the Sr. Director in driving process optimization, standardization, and revenue culture across Accor, with a focus on revenue management systems. This role ensures disciplined application of global revenue processes and acts as a key enabler of commercial strategies through technology and cross-functional collaboration.
What You'll Do
- Champion a culture of revenue optimization and performance excellence leveraging technology throughout the organization
- Act as a catalyst for change, fostering a mindset of continuous improvement and innovation in revenue management practices and systems usage
- Serve as the main point of contact for collaboration with revenue operation hubs, ensuring alignment with revenue management standards and processes
- Assist in streamlining processes, eliminating redundancies, and spearheading change initiatives to enhance automation and scalability in revenue management operations and RM systems usage
- Support continuous improvement efforts to optimize efficiency and effectiveness in revenue management operations & RM systems processes
- Ensure the consistent application of standards and best practices in the revenue management processes and systems usage across the entire group, with particular focus on PME
- Identify gaps and implement corrective actions in collaboration with hubs, and the Revenue Success and Onboarding teams
- Act on new opportunities identified through project execution and coordination of key strategic initiatives to support revenue and profit growth, working closely with the RMS product team
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (including other commercial teams, finance, digital, and tech) to seamlessly integrate revenue systems and strategies into broader business initiatives
- Act as a revenue management subject matter expert and support the adoption framework of revenue management systems and processes
