Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, evaluate, and support team members while tracking team performance metrics and balancing workloads
- Promote efficient and cooperative teamwork, overseeing accurate completion of all project tasks from start to finish
- Develop and implement performance improvement plans for team members who are not meeting expectations
- Ensure team members are properly trained on project standards, policies, and procedures, and conduct routine audits to verify compliance and work quality
- Provide direction and support to help team members deliver high-quality service to internal stakeholders
- Guide team members in exploring alternative fieldwork and custom recruitment methods to improve response rates and manage project costs
- Monitor and report on sampling outcomes and project expenditures to enhance gross profit and on-time delivery
- Offer constructive input to the line manager and contribute ideas for enhancing project delivery and reporting tools
- Maintain a thorough grasp of all project lifecycle stages and collaborate with leadership to improve processes and efficiency
- Ensure team members implement multichannel recruitment strategies such as email campaigns, phone outreach, online ads, text messaging, referrals, social media, forums, blogs, and patient networks
- Regularly review reports to identify partner-involved projects and confirm full deployment of internal Custom Recruitment efforts
- Verify that team members complete project tasks in line with defined service level agreements
- Maintain strong proficiency in company platforms, audience tools, email systems, and reporting features to maximize project success
- Support initiatives to improve client service by collaborating across teams and maintaining a consistent, solution-focused approach throughout the client experience
