Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Director to develop communication strategies, guiding initiatives from initial brief to final execution
- Manage end-to-end project delivery for media campaigns, including scheduling, deliverables, and coordination across teams
- Proactively advance project timelines by defining and executing next steps to ensure timely completion
- Serve as the main liaison between internal departments and external partners to maintain alignment and responsibility
- Anticipate and address potential risks, dependencies, and obstacles early to sustain project momentum
- Apply in-depth knowledge of the client's business objectives to shape strategic planning and implementation
- Supervise the execution of approved communication strategies, ensuring precision, speed, and operational efficiency
- Lead marketing and media evaluations to generate insights and support data-informed decisions
- Act as the main point of contact for external agencies on planning and media buying integration
- Deliver regular, transparent updates on project status, including progress relative to deadlines and milestones
- Coach and support junior team members, promoting accountability and effective workflow practices
- Educate team members on media methodologies, analytical tools, and client-specific procedures
- Assess team performance with emphasis on execution quality, ownership, and professional development
- Monitor financial aspects of campaigns in coordination with accounting and agency partners
- Foster collaborative relationships across internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes
