Responsibilities
- Lead ongoing initiatives to enhance manufacturing performance and operational effectiveness
- Develop and sustain product cells, standard work practices, and team competencies in Lean and 5S methodologies
- Coach teams in applying continuous improvement tools such as Six Sigma, Gemba walks, Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping, QRM, and 5S
- Manage the creation, updates, and refinement of manufacturing travelers, work instructions, and workflow sequences
- Lead CAPA investigations with focus on identifying root causes and implementing lasting corrective actions
- Collaborate with Engineering, EHS, Maintenance, and Operations to optimize material flow, safety, and productivity
- Oversee the development, review, and rollout of process documentation and standard operating procedures
- Ensure all manufacturing areas maintain documented processes for training, consistency, and improvement
- Promote accountability and adherence to standardized practices across production teams
