Banorte is hiring a Manager, Management and Administration to support Directors and Vice Directors in the preparation of presentations and reports for the committees of the DGA of AyF. In this role, you will provide crucial financial analysis for subsidiary decision-making.
What You'll Do
- Develop informational material, presentations, and reports on the company's financial analysis for strategic decision-making.
- Apply financial and business knowledge, as well as innovation skills, to the subsidiary's presentations and reports.
- Establish and maintain processes for operational improvement within the area.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Engineering.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Accounting, Financial Planning, Budgeting, Structured Financing, and Credit Risk.
- Knowledge of Financial Statement interpretation, financial modeling, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong quantitative, numerical, analytical, and market research skills.
- High commitment to teamwork.
- Focus on completing multiple tasks to meet target deadlines.
- Advanced English proficiency.
