Avery Dennison is hiring a Manager-Import/Export

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, or a related field, along with professional certifications such as Certified Global Business Professional (CGBP) or Certified Customs Specialist (CCS).
  • 5-7 years of experience in import/export operations, customs brokerage, or a related logistics field.
  • Proficiency with customs declaration software and trade compliance platforms.
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
  • Knowledge of international trade regulations, customs laws, and Incoterms.
  • Familiarity with international freight documentation (e.g., bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists).

Nice to Have

  • Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities.
  • Strong communication skills with internal teams (production, sales) and external partners (suppliers, carriers).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
