Strive Health is hiring a Manager, Implementation

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle implementation for designated markets, partners, or key initiatives from initiation to successful launch and operational handover
  • Act as the primary point of accountability for project timelines, deliverables, risk management, dependencies, and execution quality
  • Create and maintain detailed implementation plans that align internal teams and external partners on scope, milestones, dependencies, and escalation procedures
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to maintain alignment, accelerate decision-making, and resolve obstacles efficiently
  • Manage daily interactions with partners, fostering trust, consistent communication, and timely resolution of issues
  • Gain familiarity with various partner types such as health plans, provider groups, health systems, and value-based care organizations to tailor implementation strategies
  • Convert partnership agreements, contractual terms, and regional requirements into actionable implementation roadmaps with awareness of downstream impacts
  • Proactively identify potential risks, escalate when necessary, and implement mitigation strategies without prompting
  • Focus on long-term operational success by ensuring implementation decisions support sustainable outcomes beyond task completion
  • Conduct training sessions for internal and external stakeholders to align understanding of contracts, workflows, and launch requirements
  • Develop and sustain strong relationships with key external contacts, reinforcing credibility and strategic partnership throughout the implementation process
  • Generate regular and on-demand reports, presentation materials, and stakeholder updates to maintain transparency and expedite issue resolution
  • Refine implementation tools, templates, and standard operating procedures to improve speed and consistency across future launches
  • Assist in special projects and organizational initiatives that enhance scalability and performance of the implementation function
  • Support broader operational efforts such as vendor oversight, compliance-related tasks, and other priorities assigned by leadership
  • Travel as required for in-person partner engagements, launch support, and company-hosted team events
