Responsibilities

• Direct the daily operations of the Radiology-Diagnostic department at Dominican Hospital.
• Lead the team to comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and the organization's ethical and professional standards.
• Coordinate activities, analyze data, and balance workload to achieve business objectives.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors, protect patient confidentiality, and complete all required training.
• Follow complex instructions and take initiative in managing imaging services.
• Ask for guidance when necessary, take responsibility for actions, and cooperate with investigations or reporting to ensure policy compliance.
• Oversee the use of diagnostic imaging technology and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement policies, protocols, and procedures to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction across departments.
• Manage personnel through performance reviews, hiring qualified staff, training, and clear communication.
• Ensure safety in all diagnostic imaging activities, creating a secure environment for patients, staff, and the public.
