Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, prioritization, and execution of experiments aimed at improving core growth metrics while managing trade-offs across teams and organizational goals.
  • Supervise a team of three or more direct reports by establishing clear performance standards, recognizing top performers, addressing performance gaps, and fostering a high-achieving culture.
  • Act as a resolver for intricate, multi-team challenges, making informed decisions that influence workflows across departments while aligning with long-term strategic objectives.
  • Enhance the speed and quality of experimentation at scale by establishing frameworks, timelines, and success benchmarks, including for new initiatives lacking existing models.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives by aligning stakeholders around common objectives, tracking progress, and adapting leadership style based on context and ownership.
  • Apply sound judgment in hiring to build a scalable, high-performing team that meets current demands and anticipates future capability needs.
  • Track and communicate key user growth metrics, delivering regular insights and actionable recommendations to senior leaders tied to long-term departmental aims.
  • Use data analysis to uncover trends and insights that inform continuous optimization and guide functional strategy.
  • Build and maintain real-time dashboards and reporting systems to monitor growth performance across the organization.
  • Foster innovation by raising expectations for idea quality and execution, encouraging test-and-learn methods within the team and peer groups.
  • Stay informed on industry advancements in technology and methodology, occasionally shaping company strategy through insights gained from technical and people leadership.
  • Present findings and strategic recommendations clearly to diverse audiences, including executives, cross-functional partners, and engineering teams.
