Responsibilities
- Guide and expand a team of Field Engineers focused on enterprise and commercial sales support
- Work closely with sales representatives to lead technical assessments, design solutions, conduct demonstrations, and manage evaluations and Proof of Values
- Provide real-time coaching to team members during high-stakes customer interactions and complex technical evaluations
- Set and uphold strong benchmarks for technical quality, customer interaction, and delivery execution
- Assist in creating and scaling standardized pre-sales processes, demonstration setups, and evaluation frameworks
- Remain involved in strategic deals and serve as the go-to resource for difficult technical or customer issues
- Coordinate with Product and Engineering departments to relay customer insights and help shape product development
- Enforce disciplined operations across the team, including resource allocation, pipeline coordination, forecasting input, and account prioritization
- Hire, integrate, and nurture high-performing Field Engineering professionals
- Collaborate with training and leadership teams to enhance onboarding, learning programs, and career growth paths
- Keep up with advancements in AI-driven development tools, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and software developer practices
- Support the ongoing development of the company’s market entry and customer experience strategies
